ScriptPayments UX Redesign — Mockup for Jake

Hi Jake,

Walking you through two concrete design changes we'd like your help building. The goal is to make physicians feel immediately oriented when they sign up and land in ScriptPayments, so they actually get to their first prescription instead of bouncing out of the dashboard.

This page shows exactly what we'd like both screens to look like. Everything is reversible, dismissible after the first Rx, and designed to match the PP brand (navy + red). Happy to adjust anything. Scott Linford — Linfordy / Prepared Physician

Implementation Notes for Jake

  1. Rename "New Order" → "New Prescription" in the top nav. Physician-friendly terminology — matches how they think about the workflow.
  2. Welcome banner is dismissible. After the physician submits their first prescription, the banner should collapse (small "Welcome" link in the top right that can re-expand it). Store a `dismissed_welcome: true` flag per user.
  3. Fix the "This link looks dangerous" browser warning on the sign-in link in the account activation email. Likely a Google Safe Browsing false positive on the new domain / scriptpayments.com reputation. Possibly solvable with (a) Google Search Console verification + warning dispute, or (b) using a different short domain for the sign-in link. We can send you the exact warning Scott saw.
  4. The 7-step workflow strip on the dashboard banner is pulled directly from Caleb's 503A Patient-Specific Prescription Workflow PDF. Later this strip can become a live progress indicator that highlights the step the physician is currently on while they work through a new Rx.
  5. "Watch 2-min walkthrough" button opens a modal with an unlisted video. Caleb has 5-10 step-by-step videos already recorded. We'll compile and host them (likely YouTube unlisted or Vimeo) and send you the embed URL.
  6. Testimonial on the landing page is a placeholder. Once we have signed physician consent, we'll swap in a real quote + name.
  7. Form fields on the landing page are a simplified version of what's currently on join/reseller/prepphys — the full prescriber details (DEA, license photo, etc.) can be collected as a step after account creation so the signup feels frictionless.

Questions, pushback, or "that's not possible on our platform" — just reply. Happy to iterate.
