From $299 per vial, a flat rate that doesn't change based on the selected additive. Price-per-mg pricing is also available depending on your patient's needs. No platform fees, no monthly costs to your practice.
Orders flow through Script Payments and are fulfilled by the appropriately licensed pharmacy in your patient's state. Depending on the account and prescription, fulfillment supports direct shipment to the patient or another approved destination. On average, shipping is within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.
From your first call with Caleb to writing your first prescription is typically 48 hours. Caleb handles enrollment, license verification, and account setup end-to-end. No self-serve portal to figure out. Once your account is live (usually within 24 hours), Caleb walks you through your first prescription on a 15-minute call.
You submit patient-specific prescriptions through the Script Payments workflow. Script Payments handles the payment flow and routes prescriptions to the appropriate pharmacy. When the primary pharmacy can't fill in a particular state, the workflow routes the prescription to a participating pharmacy that is appropriately licensed. Payment is then allocated between the pharmacy and the program according to the established arrangement.
No. The program is built around electronic prescription submission and portal-based processing. No routine hard-copy handling required. Every prescription must still meet applicable federal and state requirements, and a pharmacy may require additional documentation when required by law or for a specific medication.
We work with participating pharmacies based on the states and services they are authorized to support. Pharmacy licensing is used as part of the routing process so prescriptions are directed to an appropriate filling pharmacy. All prescriptions must be written by licensed providers in good standing. Specific pharmacy licenses and accreditations can be provided or confirmed for your account on request.
BUDs are product- and pharmacy-specific, with a minimum of 30 days. The filling pharmacy assigns the applicable BUD based on the formulation, compounding process, applicable USP and regulatory requirements, and supporting stability information or testing.
Testing depends on the product and filling pharmacy. Sterile compounded medications include sterility, potency/assay, and endotoxin testing based on the formulation, batch, and applicable regulatory requirements. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from third-party labs are available on request for your account.
Prepared Physician provides account support for onboarding, portal questions, pharmacy routing, billing and payment workflow, shipping issues, and general account needs. You have a dedicated team, with Caleb Cowley as your lead contact, while the pharmacy network handles prescription fulfillment.
